Dashboard for Financial Service Management
As a Product Designer, I led the design of a service dashboard aimed at simplifying access to core financial features such as balance inquiry, card-to-card transfers, and service usage history.

🔹 The goal was to create an intuitive, easy-to-navigate interface that could serve both tech-savvy users and those less familiar with digital banking tools.

🔹 I started by mapping out user journeys and identifying the most frequent tasks users perform on a daily basis.

🔹 Based on research findings, I prioritized visibility for quick-access actions and designed a modular dashboard layout that allows flexibility for future features.

🔹 I worked closely with developers to ensure UI consistency, and with stakeholders to balance user needs with business goals.

This project enhanced my skills in dashboard UX, hierarchy structuring, and working across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
